Divorce Mediation

A mediator is a neutral professional who helps parties to respectfully navigate the legal details and challenging conversations that lead to an "uncontested" (i.e., agreed-upon) divorce, without the expense and acrimony of litigation. The result is a Separation Agreement that reflects the terms the parties have agreed upon regarding the division of marital property, parenting time, etc.  At the parties' request, Attorney Joyce will also prepare the related legal documents required when filing for divorce.  Mediation can be conducted virtually or in person
